a new chapter in my life

bit and pieces are falling into place. things are moving, although some are not moving as fast as i expect them to be.

currently enjoying my accumulated off days from my old job. using the time to do my wedding preparations. i enjoyed numerous treats from my old colleagues when they found out that i was preparing to leave the company. thank you all for the effort to make my last days there enjoyable. it had been an enjoyable working experience.

i will start my new job on the 4th dec. free rides to office on weekdays. total of only 6 people (excluding me and the director) in the department. much smaller working environment compared to my previous job. job scope slightly changed. increased development work and will have to alias with customers for presentations and such. not the pure backend work that i am used to. well, people have to move and learn. staying motionless in one spot will only make you obsolete.

wedding plans still not moving as fast as i want it to be. have secured the bridal boutique, rom venue, flat, but there are still some things that i really want to get out of the way so that i can concentrate on my new job coming monday. my BTB has been very understanding to my situation so far, guess i can be considered a lucky guy just for this alone. ^^
