when's the next run?

been ages since i last updated the blog. i mentioned the sunrise on my way to work in the last post. managed to capture a picuture of it on my handphone before it shifted to behind one of the buildings.
i have some friends who are excellent runners but i have never been a good runner. most of the time i run just to maintain my level of fitness. been more motivated about running these days because ron has been specially making trips to my area just to run with me. read somewhere that it is healthy for a relationship when a couple can actively engage in a physical activity together. ^^ i just feel good that i have someone beside me even if i have to run an extra round after she stop to get my dose of exercise.
finished a few things that i have been planning to do. 1. at the 3rd book of the high lord series. should be able to complete the series by this week.2. cleared the Pandemonium Event for diablo 2, didn't get anything great from clearing it. it was just the satisfaction of knowing that my party can clear the "most difficult" quest in the game. 3. ron helped me finish a quest that i have been staring at in ms for ages. i even got the quest item that i wanted. ^^ 1. finally finished the in-house application that i set out to do since the start of the year. there have been some releases that i pushed out but i found none to be satisfactory. the final release is in the user acceptance test phase now.
speaking about releases, windows vista is at its RC1 phase now. however, analysts are speculating that it won't be ready for its official release this fall. in my opinion, this vista thing has been delayed for so long that another month or two dosen't really matter to the average consumer anymore. besides, there are few (dell is among the few) that will jump to install vista on their pcs. most of us (i think) will be waiting to see if vista justify the US$400 retail price.
